摘要
上海世博会西班牙馆工程采用先进的双层钢管偏心支撑桁架受力体系,钢结构有3万余根不同尺寸的钢构件,通过采用相贯或半相贯连接技术,使之成为独立的S形曲面双管偏心桁架柱或水平系杆,各钢构件相互交错、相互依赖、共同受力,支撑起了整栋建筑,将工程结构外形打造成"结构外部看起来很开放,内部又有着明确的区域划分",互动性很强的精品建筑。结合该工程实例,介绍了多曲率、双层偏心管桁架钢结构施工技术。
Double layer steel tube eccentric truss system was adopted in Spain Pavilion in Shanghai 2010 Expo. This steel structure has more than 30 thousands of different size of steel element. Based on technology of intersection and semi-intersection joint adapted, the "S" shape surface with double tube eccentric truss or horizontal tie bar was established. In the structure, the whole building was supported by interleaving and depend each other, bearing together steel elements, form the excellent building with outline that "opened from outside, and department divided clearly from inside". The construction technology of multi-curve surface and double laver steel tube truss was introduced bv real nroiect.
