我国北方四省(区)十年土地开发综合评价

The Synthetic Evaluation of Lands Exploitation in Four Provinces (Municipalities) of Northern China from 1986 to 1996

近年来，我国北方地区后备耕地资源的开发对稳定耕地面积，增加粮食产量具有重要作用，但也存在着严重的生态环境问题。本文利用１９８６年和１９９６年两期美国陆地卫星１∶１０万ＴＭ图象对黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区、甘肃省和新疆维吾尔自治区的５３个县（市、区）旗作了动态分析，总结出北方四省（区）十年土地变化的特点。

The development of the reserved cultivated lands in northern China played an important role in stabilizing the cultivated lands and increasing the output of grains,but the question of ecological environment was also serious.On the basis of data in 1986 and 1996 coming from TM satellite image processing (1∶10000) of America,this paper analyzed dynamic characteristics of lands use in four provinces (municipalities) including selected fifty three counties(cities) in the ten years.Then,the countermeasures were put forward according to the synthetic evaluation.
