About Six Elements in Establishing and Perfecting the Self Restricted and Self Impelled Mechanism of Safety Management in an Enterprise

In order to establish and perfect a self restricted and self impelled mechanism of safety management in an enterprise under market economy, great effort should be exerted on six elements, i.e. goals of the policy, organization, rules and regulation,supervision and inspection,safety quality of the staff,and safety of the installation. Methods and ways to improve the safety management in an enterprise are also suggested.
