摘要
在分析我国旱区基本情况的基础上，阐述了农业部重视旱作节水农业所采取的具体措施，提出了发展旱作节水农业的四点建议。
This paper elaborated some concrete measures that ministry of Agriculture pay attention to developing dry farming and water saving agriculture,on the basis of analysing basic condition of dry region.Four suggestions of developing dry farming and water saving agriculture were put forward.
