摘要
教育质量是教育发展的心脏。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》将提高质量作为教育改革和发展的核心任务,具有划时代的意义。改革开放以来,我国重大教育政策虽然始终对提高教育质量予以充分的关注,但在提高教育质量的实践过程中还存在这样或那样的问题,例如,对教育质量认识的偏差、教育资源的短缺和教育质量监测标准的单一等。为此,需要以大教育质量观的视角和动态的思维审视教育质量,正确处理普及教育与提高质量的关系,为教育质量的提升创建优质的环境。
The quality of education is the heart of educational development."National long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" makes the improvement of the quality of education as the core mission of education reform and development has great significance.Since reform and opening,China's major education policies have always despite their full attention to improve the quality of education,but in practice to improve the quality of education there are still issues,such as the knowledge bias of the quality of education content,resources lack of improve the quality of education and single monitoring of the quality of education and so on.Therefore,look at the quality of education in the big perspective and dynamic thinking of the quality of education,correctly handle the relationship between the universal education and improve the quality of education,and create a quality environment to enhance the quality of education are required.
