普通高中多样化发展的价值取向与制度设计

The Values of High School Diversity Development and System Design

继义务教育普及和高等教育扩招之后,普通高中的改革与发展成为今后一段时间我国教育事业的战略重点之一。普通高中多样化发展应以满足需求、提高质量为主要价值取向,并以培养全面个性的人才为归宿。我国普通高中的发展现实还远不能反映多样化所提出的新要求,亟待改进。我们在具体的制度设计过程中要注意厘定核心与外围制度、区分制度内部层次,进而形成相应的制度框架。

Following the compulsory education and higher education,the high school reform and development becomes the strategic priorities in China.High school＇s diversity should meet the needs of diversification and improve the quality,and then take the comprehensive personality as the main values.The development reality of our high school is far from the new requirements,which needs to be improved.We should pay attention to the core and the peripheral system,the distinction between internal levels of the system,and make a system framework.
