摘要
为提高沙蚕暂养成活率，在恒温库塑料盘内进行了暂养试验，密度3．5～7．0kg／m2，水温12～15℃，盐度30左右。暂养与运输成活率均达90％以上．每吨新增产值4万元，新增纯益1．33万元。专家鉴定认为，本研究达到国内领先水平。
On the plastic nutriential plates in the constant-temperature room,an experiment of temporal culturing and manufacturing of the clam worm, Platynereis biacana-liculata was carried out. The optimum condition for the living of the worm was: the temperature between 12℃ and 15℃ salinity between 25%, and 30‰,the stocking density between 3. 5 kg/m2 and 7kg/m2 A set of technical directions which was suitable and practical to the Huanghe Delta was summarized for the temporal culturing and manufacturing of the clam worm.
