摘要
用光镜和扫描电镜观察了扁玉螺(Neveritadidyma)鳃的组织学和表面结构。鳃叶上皮由5个区带的细胞组成,即前纤毛柱状细胞、立方细胞、侧纤毛柱状细胞、后纤毛柱状细胞及呼吸上皮。侧纤毛是产生呼吸水流的动力来源;呼吸上皮细胞表面凹凸不平,其组织学和表面结构有助于进行气体交换。
The histological and surface structures of the gill of Neverita didyma Roding are observed by optic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The epithelium of each gill filament is composed of five zones of cells:frontal ciliated columnar cells,cuboidal cells,laterial ciliated columnar cells, abfrontal ciliated columnar cells and respiratory epithelium.Laterial cilia generate water current which goes through the gill filaments from left-ventral side.Respiratory epithelia are cells varied in height. Their histological and surface structures fit for gas exchange.
