摘要 4种不同品系盐生杜氏藻培养结果表明:常温下,A33是最适宜培养的藻种,经4天培养,藻细胞密度可达到114×104cell/ml,细胞生长率达到0.369;其次是A23、A140、A5藻种,细胞生长率分别为0.317、0.314、0.234。控温条件下,4种品系杜氏藻细胞生长速度明显增高,是常温条件下的1.2倍。 The result of culturing four strains of salt—obligate alga Dunaliella salina showed that, at normal temperature, the A33 was the best strain to be cultured' After four days' culturing, the alga cell density reached 114 ×104 cell / ml, the cell growth rate reached 0.369. The following strains were A23, A140, and A5, whose cell growth rates were 0. 317, 0.314, and 0. 234 respectively. The growth rate of the four strains was evidently increased at controlling temperature, at which the growth rate was 1. 2 times of that at normal temperature.
