摘要
卵裂球培养是进行胚胎克隆的一种简便而实用的方法。它主要包括多个卵裂球培养或单个卵裂球培养，虽然不同的方法有各自的优缺点，但以单个卵裂球的无透明带培养最具实用价值。目前存在的根本问题是培养的卵裂球发育成功率不高，克隆胚胎的再克隆也有待进一步研究。
The blastomeres culture is a simple and practical procedure for embryo cloning.It mainly include blastomeres culture and single blastomere culture,and the single blastomere culture with Zonafree have more practical advantage,but a lower development rate remained as the main problems,more research is needed on reclonging for the cloned embryos.
