摘要
半胱胺(Cysteamine)是一种重要的巯基物,在体外培养体系中添加半胱胺能够增强谷胱甘肽(GSH)的合成和胚胎发育能力。本研究旨在探讨不同浓度半胱胺处理对牛卵母细胞体外成熟和早期胚胎发育能力的影响。结果表明,在牛卵母细胞体外成熟液中添加100μM的半胱胺,其囊胚率与对照组有显著差异;但是,与同时在成熟液和发育液中都添加100μM的半胱胺组差异不显著。研究结果也表明,在牛卵母细胞体外成熟培养液中添加半胱胺会提高牛卵母细胞的囊胚发育率,而且随着浓度的增加这种作用将达到饱和,其最佳作用浓度为100μM。
Cysteamine is an important thiol compound, it can enhance the glutathione(GSH) synthesis and embryo development capabilities in vitro culture system. The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of different concentration eysteamine on bovine oocyte maturation and early embryonic development. The results showed that blastocysts rate in the group of 100μM cysteamine in vitro maturation medium was significantly higher than the control, but it was not significant with the group which was supplemented 100μM cysteamine in the maturation and development medium. The results also showed that the cysteamine increased the percentage of blastoeysts of bovine oocyte, but this effect will reach saturation with concertratiou increasing, the optimal concentration was 100μM.
