美国教师质量的评价指标及分析

摘要 "择校"在很大程度上即为"择师",但"优秀教师"的评价指标究竟是什么呢?应该从哪些维度来评价教师质量呢?本文介绍了美国对教师质量进行评价的主要指标及所面临的问题,尤其强调了"学科知识"在教师素质构成中的重要作用。美国在教师质量评价指标和评价方法方面的探究与国内对教师质量评价的观点有同有异,希望我们能够在比较的基础上有所借鉴。
