摘要
基于胜任力的人力资源管理,阐述了基于胜任力的薪酬体系产生的背景。在分析了胜任力薪酬在我国发展中的缺陷后,提出了建立基于胜任力的薪酬体系的策略。员工的胜任力逐渐成为企业竞争优势的来源,因此,企业要根据自身的实际情况来建立和应用胜任力薪酬体系。
This article introduces the connotation of competency and the HBM based on competency, elaborates under which background the salary system based on competency produces. In the foundation of analytical problems come out when enterprises of our country structure the salary system based on competency, we propose the methods of structuring the salary system based on competency. Staff' s competency has been the essential core competitive ability of the enterprise. So the enterprise should structure and apply it depend on their actual situation.
