家蚕橙色卵(ci)基因的连锁检索与定位研究

Studies on Linkage and Location Study of Citron egg Gene in Bombyx mori

用家蚕各连锁群的标志基因系统与本研究室发现的橙色卵系统杂交，对橙色卵基因（ ｃｉ） 进行连锁检索分析，结果发现 ｃｉ 基因与第２０ 连锁群标志基因霜降油蚕（ ｏｈ２００ ．０） 连锁，由此确定家蚕橙色卵基因ｃｉ 属于第２０ 连锁群；与 ｂ４ 杂交结果确定 ｃｉ 的座位为：２０ － ２１９ 。

The linkage and location of a citron egg gene (ci) whid was discovered in the silkworm, Bombyx mori by our laboratory was analysed through hybridization of the silkworms of Citron egg gene with the pure lines of different marker genes.The results showed that the Citron egg gene belongs to the 20th linkage group because it is linked genetically with an hoarfrost translucent ( oh 20-0.0) gene which is a marker gene of the 20th linkage group.Hybridization experiments with b 4 showed that ci gene is located at the locus 20-21.9.
