摘要 本试验以香稻品种香丝苗2号、川香28B、赣香糯(中国)、A301、ScentedLemont(美国)、Jasmine85(泰国)和非香稻品种珍汕97B为材料,研究水稻香味的遗传和香稻品种间香味基因的等位性。结果表明,供试香稻品种的香味受2对独立遗传的隐性基因控制;赣香糯、川香28B、A301和ScentedLemont等4个香稻品种的香味基因是等位的;赣香糯、Jasmine85和香丝苗2号彼此间有一对香味基因不等位。 Reciprocal crosses were made among the aromatic cultivars Xiangshimiao 2, Chuanxiang 28B,Gangxiangnuo,A301,Scented Lemont,Jasmine85,and nonaromatic cultivar Zhenshan 97B,and 1/2P(P1) crosses were conducted using the aromatic varieties to study the inheritance of aroma in rice.Leaf tissue from plants of the parental cultivars and of F1,F2 and F3 progenies were placed in 0.3 mol L1KOH solution.The results indicated that the ratio of segregation in F2 populations is 151 (nonaromatic: aromatic).The aroma was controlled by two recessive genes.The F1 plants among Chuanxiang 28B,Gangxiangnuo,A301 and Scented Lemont were aromatic,which demonstrated the aromatic genes of these four varieties were allelic,but others were not allelic.The F2 pattern of segregation for aroma to nonaroma in Gangxiangnuo/Xiangshimiao 2,Gangxiangnuo/jasmine 85 and jasmine 85/Xiangshimiao 2 were 3:13,indicating one nonallelic aromatic gene in the three scent varieties.
