摘要
利用主成分法研究了云南芥菜型油菜杂优利用中的恢复系和保持系共28个材料间的遗传距离,结果表明,优势较强的组合表现最适或中等偏大的遗传距离。聚类分析将28个材料聚为6类,可以看出,来源于同一系统的材料遗传差异并非都较小。亲本选配宜在类间进行。
Genetic distance of 28 restorers and maintainers of mustard in Yunnan were studied using principal component analysis method.The results indicated that combinations with very strong heterosis showed the optimum or heigher genetic distance.Analysis of clustering showed that parent combiner should be chosen between clusters.
