摘要
用0.01MCuCl2作浸提剂评价堆肥对土壤交换性盐基—K、Na、Ca、Mg可溶性的影响。不同比例的堆肥与土壤混合后置于温室中培养,于培养后的不同时期定期取样分析。通过试验并进行堆肥比例和时间因素的双因子统计分析,结果表明,电导率随堆肥比例的增加和培养时间的延长而显著增加;可浸提K和Na随堆肥比例的增加而增加,随培养时间延长而下降;Mg和Ca的可溶性变化与K和Na有近似行为。
The main objective of this study was to evaluate solubility of exchangeable bases in a compost amended soil extracted with 001 M copper chloride (CuCl2).After compost of different rate 0,01%,05%,1%,5%and 10% was mixed with soil,the mixture was incubated in greenhouse.The mixture was sampled in definite period at an interval of 15 days from beginning of incubation.According to the experiment and statistical analysis in two factorscompost rate and incubation time,the specific conductivity (EC) in extract significantly increased with compost rate and incubation time.The exchangeable potassium and sodium increased with compost rate and decreased with incubation time.The change of extractable magnesium and calcium had the similar pattern with potassium and sodium.001 M CuCl2 as reagent could extract more exchangeable bases from the soil sample especially with more organic matter.
