摘要 介绍了一种适用于电弧焊接生产过程多参数同步检测系统的硬件及软件系统的构成和使用。该系统是基于计算机的数据采集系统和相应软件构成的虚拟仪器系统,不仅具有类似常规仪器的基本界面效果和方便的使用功能,还具有强大的数据记录能力,便捷的数据回放功能和丰富的焊接参数分析功能,可以对焊接生产过程的质量稳定性进行定量分析。本系统是针对电弧焊接过程设计的,可直接用于电弧焊管生产线,适当修改操作界面和参数显示设置后,也可以推广应用到高频焊管或无缝钢管的生产过程。 Elaborated in the paper is the structures and applications of both the hardware and software systems of a multi-parameter synchronous detection system for the arc welding process. As a virtual instrumental system based on computer data acquisition system and composed of relevant software,this system has not only the basic interfacial effect and convenient operating functions similar to those of the conventional instrument,but also powerful mass data recording ability,easy data playback function,and various functions for welding parameter analysis,being capable of quantitatively analyzing of quality stability of the arc welding process. Since this system is especially designed for the arc welding process,it can be directly used for the arc welded pipe production line. Moreover,it can also be further applied to the HFW pipe or seamless pipe manufacturing process just after having its operation interface and data display formats appropriately amended.
