摘要
本文研究了石莼提取物的抗氧化及抗菌活性,研究比较了乙醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯的石莼粗提物抗氧化、抗菌活性。结果显示三种提取物的DPPH清除率,羟自由基清除率及还原力均随浓度的增加呈递增趋势;且石莼多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌和麦氏弧菌有较好的抗菌作用。
Antioxidant and antibacterial activities of Ulva lactuca were investigated. The antioxidant activities and antibacterial of total methanol extract and two different solvent fractions (ethyl acetate , chloroform) were evaluated. Reducing power, DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of these extract, increased with increasing concentration of the extract. Methanol extract, ethyl acetate extract and chloroform extract were found to be antibacterial activity to staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus and Vibrio metschnikovii.
