探讨高剖宫产率因素及降低路径

目的分析近三年来剖宫产上升的因素,探讨降低剖宫产率的路径。方法对2008年1月～2010年12月剖宫产术指征构成比、剖宫产率进行原因分析。结果三年平均剖宫产发生率为26.73%,且有下降趋势;指征主要以难产、胎儿宫内窘迫、社会因素为主。结论剖宫产率是可以降低的,重视并有效实施产前宣教;制定并执行激励机制,强化产科医护人员业务技能培训;开展人性化的产科服务新模式,增强产妇自信心;建立纠纷防范预案及保险制度,减轻医护压力;综合分析,正确诊断胎儿宫内窘迫是降低剖宫产率的有效路径。
