摘要
目的探讨门诊实施分组管理的成效。方法将门诊护士分为6组,对其工作进行组织、实施、考核、持续改进。结果实施分组管理后,提高了门诊护理服务的满意率,有效提高门诊护理质量。结论门诊分组管理有效提高护理人员服务水准和规范语言行为,树立了良好的窗口、职业形象。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of outpatient management of the implementation group.Methods The clinic nurses were divided into 6 groups.Their work were organized,implemented,evaluated and continuous improved.Results After the implementation of group management,patient satisfaction of care improved,patient quality of care improved.Conclusion The patient group management service levels improve and standardize the language of nursing behavior,and establish a good window,professional image.
