380例2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平检测结果分析

目的观察2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平检测结果分析,探讨其临床意义。方法随机选择380例T2DM患者(T2DM组)及健康体检人群380例作为对照对象(体检组),于清晨空腹时采取静脉血检测两组尿酸(UA),比较T2DM组与体检组UA差异;统计T2DM组高UA比例,观察T2DM患者中高UA血症组与UA正常组肌酐(CR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG),糖化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)水平,及合并冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病、高血压疾病、脑血管疾病及随访期间死亡情况。结果 T2DM组平均UA(473.56±80.23)umol/L,高于健康体检人群的平均UA(342.70±60.12)umol/L(P<0.05)。380例T2DM组高UA血症患者140例(36.82%,140/380),T2DM组中140例高UA血症患者组与240例UA正常患者比较HbA1c、FPG无差异(P>0.05),高UA血症组TC、TG、CR高于UA正常组(P<0.05)。高UA血症组中冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病、高血压疾病、脑血管疾病及随访期间(1～3a,平均1.56a±0.43a),死亡均高于UA正常组(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者UA水平高,对于T2DM患者的高尿酸血症应予以高度重视,积极降糖调脂的同时也要控制血尿酸水平。

Objective To observed in patients with type 2 diabetes blood serum uric acid level detection result analysis,this paper explores its clinical significance.Methods Random selection of 380 T2DM patients （T2DM groups）,and healthy check-up CRowd of 380 as control subjects （TiJianZu）,Morning hollow when take venous blood test two groups of uric acid （UA）,compared withT2DM group TiJianZu UA difference,Statistical T2DM high UA proportion,the observation group T2DM patients with high UA hematic disease group UA normal group CReatinine （CR）,total cholesterol （TC）,triglycerides （TG）,fasting plasma glucose （FPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin levels （HbA1c） level;And merger of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease,hypertension disease,cerebrovascular diseases and died during follow-up.Results T2DM group UA （473.56±80.23）umo/l one is higher than the healthy physical （342.70±60.12） umol/l （P0.05）.380 cases of high blood T2DM UA patients with 140 example （36.82%,140/380） T2DM group 140 example,high blood of UA patients with 240 example,patients is UA normal hba1c fpg indifference （P0.05）,UA,tg discharge of blood TC CR,UA group is higher than normal （P0.05） .high blood from UA of coronary heart disease,hypertension atherosclerotic、 cerebrovascular diseases and diseases and follow-up period （1-3 years,the average 1.56±0.43 years ） death are higher than normal group UA （P0.05）.Conclusion UA level is high,T2DM patients for T2DM patients high uric acid hematic disease should pay much attention,actively hypoglycemic tiaozhi also to control blood serum uric acid level.
