手术治疗胃溃疡临床疗效观察

目的研究手术治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法对2008年10月～2009年10月入院治疗的88例胃溃疡患者,分别进行保守治疗和手术治疗,观察最后疗效及并发症发生率。结果通过手术治疗的疗效明显好于保守治疗,有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较两种治疗方式的并发症发生率,手术治疗组术后出血、穿孔发生率明显低于常规治疗组,而术后感染比较中,常规治疗组明显低于手术治疗组。结论手术治疗胃溃疡临床疗效显著,好于保守治疗,且并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gastric ulcer treated by operation.Methods A total of 88 gastric ulcer patients from October 2008 to October 2009 were divided into the operation and conservative treatment group.The healing effect and complications were observed after treatment.Results The effect of operation group is significantly better than the conservative treatment （P0.05）.The complications in operation after the surgery including the bleeding and perforation are lower than the other group.However,the infection ratio in conservative group is less than the operation group.Conclusion The operation is better than the conservative treatment and the complications are lower,it to be worth generalization at clinical.
