64层螺旋CT诊断心肌桥-壁冠状动脉的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影诊断心肌桥-壁冠状动脉时的显示方法,并总结其形态学特征。方法回顾性分析1426例患者64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的资料,共检出心肌桥-壁冠状动脉398例,观察其位置,测量心肌桥深度及壁冠状动脉长度,总结心肌桥-壁冠状动脉显示方法及CT表现。结果心肌桥-壁冠状动脉共检出378例(412段),检出率为28.5%(378/1326),发生于左前降支中段占65.3%(269/412),心肌桥深度0.5mm~12.3mm,平均约1.9mm,壁冠状动脉长度6.8mm~61.4mm,平均约21.7mm,心肌桥-壁冠状动脉的CT表现包括:冠状动脉主干或分支穿行于心肌内;迂曲成角;圆锥样改变;挤奶效应。结论 64层螺旋CT可准确诊断心肌桥-壁冠状动脉,并可显示其形态学特征。
