孕妇的HBV-DNA含量与分娩方式对其新生儿2h HBV感染的分析

目的探讨孕妇的HBV-DNA含量与分娩方式对其新生儿出生后2hHBV感染的关系。方法以PCR荧光定量法检测孕妇及新生儿血清HBV—DNA定量,采用电化学免疫发光法检测新生儿血HBsAg定量。结果 1075例HBsAg阳性的孕妇中610例HBV-DNA阳性的孕妇,剖宫产组501例,阴道分娩组109例,其新生儿生后2h内静脉血HBsAg和(或)HBV-DNA阳性率分别为7.19%(36/501),11.01%(12/109),组间阳性率差异有统计学意义。另465例HBV-DNA阴性的孕妇,剖宫产组368例,阴道分娩组97例,其新生儿生后2h内静脉血HBsAg和(或)HBV—DNA阳性率分别为2.17%(8/368),4.12%(4/97),组间阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论孕妇所产新生儿生后2h内HBV感染与孕妇的HBV-DNA含量及分娩方式有关,孕妇HBV-DNA阳性其阴道分娩较剖宫产的感染率高;孕妇HBV-DNA阴性其阴道分娩与剖宫产无明显差异。

Objective To investigate the HBV-DNA levels in pregnant women and their newborns after delivery mode 2h HBV infection.Methods Quantitative PCR Detection of maternal and neonatal serum HBV-DNA quantification,the use of electrochemical immunoassay chemiluminescence detection of HBsAg quantitative neonatal blood.Results 1075 cases of HBsAg-positive pregnant women in 610 cases of HBV-DNA-positive pregnant women,the cesarean section group of 501 cases,109 cases of vaginal delivery group,the venous blood within 2h after birth HBsAg and （or） HBV-DNA positive rates were 7.19% （36/501）,11.01% （12/109）,the positive rate between the groups was statistically significant.The other 465 patients HBV-DNA negative pregnant women,368 cases of cesarean section group,97 cases of vaginal delivery group,the venous blood within 2h after birth HBsAg and （or） HBV-DNA positive rate was 2.17% （8/368 ）,4.12% （4/97）,the positive rate between groups was not significant.Conclusion Produced by pregnant women,newborns within 2 h after birth,and maternal HBV infection in HBV-DNA content and mode of delivery related to HBV-DNA-positive pregnant women,the vaginal delivery rate of infection than the cesarean section;maternal HBV-DNA negative in its vaginal delivery and cesarean section was no significant difference.
