以D-苯甘氨酸为原料的苯并咪唑类化合物的合成 被引量:3

An efficient synthesis of the benzimidazole derivative starting from D-phenylglycine

摘要 以D-苯甘氨酸为原料,经氨基保护和羧基活化后与邻苯二胺反应,以较高产率合成了苯并咪唑类化合物.通过1 H NMR、13C NMR、IR和X射线衍射对其结构进行了表征.同时对其进行了旋光性测定,发现以D-苯甘氨酸为原料所合成的苯并咪唑类化合物发生了外消旋化作用. The coupling of the activated N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of N-Cbz-D-phenylglycine with o-phenylenediamine afforded the benzimidazole derivative in good yield.This compound was charactered by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,and X-ray.In addition,the benzimidazole derivative was racemized in the reaction condition.
