摘要
目的探讨儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折关节镜微创治疗的手术方法和疗效。方法关节镜下应用可吸收空心螺钉内固定的手术方法治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折患儿8例。结果 8例患儿均获随访,平均随访时间28.5个月。骨折复位良好,均达到骨性愈合,关节活动范围恢复正常,未发现影响骨骺发育现象。结论在治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折时,关节镜下可吸收空心螺钉是简单、安全、有效的治疗方法之一。
Objective To explore the operative techniques and efficacy of mininal invasive arthroscopie surgerg on the fracture of the tibial intercondylar eminence in children. Methods Absorbable cannulated screws were adopted in arthroscopic surgery to fix 8 children with tibial intercondylar eminence fracture. Results All 8 patients were followed up with an average duration of 28.5 months. Good reduction and fine union of the fractured bone were achieved in all of them. Their joint motion range recovered to normal, and no abnormal epiphyseal growth was found. Conclusion It is a simple, safe arid effective method to use absorbable cannulated screws in arthroseopic surgery of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures in children.
