高频泪道治疗仪治疗鼻泪管阻塞疗效分析

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF NASOLACRIMAL DUCT OBSTRUCTION WITH HIGH FREQUENCY ELECTRIC CAUTERY

目的探讨高频泪道治疗仪治疗鼻泪管阻塞的疗效。方法选取鼻泪管阻塞患者171例,随机分为治疗组86例(92眼),应用WZC-Ⅲ型高频泪道治疗仪行泪道疏通术治疗;对照组85例(88眼)行单纯泪道探通术治疗。术后2组泪道均注入抗生素眼用凝胶,并且定期冲洗泪道,观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈88眼,无效4眼;对照组治愈79眼,无效9眼。随访6～12个月,治疗组未复发81眼,重新阻塞7眼;对照组未复发63眼,无效16眼。结论应用高频泪道治疗仪治疗鼻泪管阻塞操作简便、手术时间短、对组织损伤小、患者痛苦少,术后恢复快,疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency electric cautery for nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 171 cases （180 eyes） with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group （86cases, 92eyes ） treated with high frequency electric cautery and control group （ 85 cases , 88eyes）treated only with lacrimal surgery . After operation, antibiotic ophthalmic gel was injected into lacrimal duct, and irrigated regularly both with treatment group and control group. Then the effect was observed. Results Eighty - eight eyes were cured in treatment group, and 4 eyes had no effect; Seventy - nine eyes were cured in control group, and 9 eyes had no effect After 6 ~ 12 months follow up,81 eyes were cured and 7 eyes were reobstrueted in treatment group ; 63 eyes were cured and 16 eyes were reohstrueted in control group. Conclusion The effect of high frequency electric cautery for nasolacrimal duct is reliable. There are many advantanges such as simplicity, short Operation times, light damage, little discomfort, quick postoperative recovery, and so on.
