摘要
在高温、高压等条件下,石油化工装置与物料接触容易形成聚合物污垢,严重影响装置的工作效率。笔者研究分析了一种适用于石油化工换热器、管线等装置表面的聚合物污垢清洗剂。通过实验分析了清洗剂的主要性能,包括清洗剂污垢溶解能力、对碳钢试件的腐蚀等。实验数据显示清洗剂对黑色聚合物污垢溶解能力较好,且清洗药剂对碳钢材料无腐蚀。
Under high temperature and high pressure condition,it is easy to form polymer fouling when the petrochemical installations contact materials,which will seriously reduce the device's working efficiency.In this article we introduced a solvent detergent for the black polymer fouling formed in the devices such as petrochemical engineering heat exchanger and pipeline.Some main performances of the solvent detergent,such as its solubility for fouling and its corrosivity to carbon steel device,etc,were studied through the experiments.The results show that the solvent detergent has advantages of good ability of dissolving fouling and no corrosion to the carbon steel.
