摘要
中小企业是我国电子商务人才需求的主体,但中小企业的特点也造就了其运营流程的不尽相同,因此,在培养电子商务人才过程中,要结合中小企业的特点准确定位、明确方向、完善实践等方面优化电子商务人才培养。
