摘要
文中介绍了高效致密型陶瓷纤维衬里在4.5×106 t/a蒸馏装置常减压加热炉上的工业应用情况,应用结果表明,该衬里不仅有抗露点腐蚀的特点,而且具有保温效果好,散热损失小的特点,达到了预期的节能效果。
The applications of High Density Type Ceramic Fibers Liner in heating furnace of 450×104 t/a distillation unit are introduced in this paper.This liner not only has anti-dew point corrosion,but also has good heat insulation and less heat loss,and achieves the expected energy-saving effect.
