技术联盟成员的绩效评估与影响因素识别

Performance Evaluation and Recognition of Influence Factors of Technological Alliances Members

运用DEA模型,对江苏某技术联盟内成员的技术创新绩效进行评价,得到综合效率值、纯技术效率值和规模效率值,并对联盟前后企业技术创新效率进行了对比。为了识别相关因素对企业综合绩效影响大小,先用主成分分析法进行综合绩效评价,然后运用灰色关联分析得到相关因素与综合绩效值的关联度,最后进行了排序。结果表明,联盟的建立有利于企业技术创新效率的提高,技术投入对企业综合绩效影响最大。

This paper establishes DEA model for performance evaluation of alliance members from the efficiency point of view and analyzes changes of members＇ performance before and after alliance through a technological alliance in Jiangsu Province.We find that forming of alliance can enhance performance of the individual and the union.Then we use principal component method to evaluate performance of members after the establishment of alliance.We use the grey related method to identify factors that affect performance and obtain the sorts.Technical inputs associate with the enterprise performance mostly.
