摘要
调查发现当前高校的女性教工承受了较大的工作压力。经过SPSS1.6统计检验,发现她们外源工作压力与承担的工作量、学校领导的关怀及照顾和家务负担有显著的相关,内源性工作压力与她们对压力的态度和疲劳度有显著相关,而与个体的工作能力和坚持持久工作没有相关。为此,高校应该科学地制定工作量,学校各级领导对女性教职工多加关怀,同时引导她们提升自身素养,正确认识工作压力,掌握正确的策略以舒解工作压力。
Based on data,female educators(including female staffs) are working under greater pressure than male.Analyzed by SPSS1.6,females suffer from external pressure relating with quantity of work done,concern from school leaders and family burden.They also suffer internal pressure which is related to their reaction and fatigue when working under such pressures.But internal pressure is not affected by ability and constancy of working.Therefore,higher education institutions are required to scheduling quantity of working scientifically,concern more about female staffs.At the meanwhile,females need to be guide to enhance their own abilities,find the significant way in which pressures can be relieved.
