摘要
相对于中国经济的快速发展,冶金矿产资源储量已无法满足经济社会对于冶金矿产资源巨大的需求。这既有国家矿业经济政策和地勘市场发育状况的影响因素,更有冶金地质系统基础薄弱和集团化运作程度不高的影响因素。发展冶金地质经济,增强冶金矿产资源保障能力的现实途径,就是统筹矿业权、勘查资金、找矿技术、组织管理等地质找矿的"四大要素",实现四者有机结合,使冶金地质系统承担起与国民经济和社会发展相适应的冶金矿产资源保障责任。
In contrast to China's rapid economic development,reserves of metallurgical mineral resources have been unable to meet the huge demand of the economic community for metallurgical mineral resources.On account of this,this paper focuses on the issues facing metallurgical industry as it tries to deal with initiatives aimed at increasing the support capabilities of metallurgical mineral resources.This paper suggests that balancing mining rights,exploration funds,geological prospecting techniques and organizational management,so that the geological system in metallurgical industry assume the support responsibility of metallurgical mineral resources which is adapt to national economy and social development.
