摘要
双语教学在高校专业课程中发挥的作用或优势是显而易见的。但目前双语教学在政策、师资、生源、教材等方面存在着一些共性问题,而现行的一般对策似乎难以起到明显的教学效果。因此,中国地质大学(北京)在"人力资源管理"双语教学的应用实践中,正探索一条基于学习型组织理论—第五项修炼的双语教学之路,以进一步推进高校专业课的双语教学。
It is obvious that bilingual teaching can play a critical role in professional course.Typical problems in the aspects of policy,teachers,teaching materials and students exit in bilingual teaching,however,the present countermeasures seem not to achieve remarkable teaching effect.In the bilingual teaching practice of the course of human resource management in China University of Geosciences(Beijing),a new approach based on learning organization theory—the Fifth Discipline is being explored and applied in order to improve bilingual teaching..
