摘要
目的探讨高频电针刺激足三里对大鼠结肠传输功能的影响及相关作用机制。方法 雄性SD大鼠均手术埋管于结肠近端,并随机分为6组,即生理盐水对照组、生理盐水+电针刺激组、阿托品组、阿托品+电针刺激组、L-NNA组、L-NNA+电针刺激组,每组8只。通过测定90min内每10min酚红排泄量以评估结肠传输状态。电针刺激足三里穴参数设为100Hz,3mA。结果 (1)高频电针刺激足三里能显著增加结肠传输功能,与生理盐水组相比,电针刺激组酚红排泄率增加34.5%;(2)阿托品及L-NNA均可减慢结肠传输功能,且可阻断高频电针刺激对结肠传输的促进作用。结论 高频电针刺激足三里有促进结肠传输功能的作用,这种作用可能通过胆碱能通路和氮能神经通路共同介导。
Objective To investigate the effects and possible mechanism of high frequency electroacupuncture(EA) at ST-36(zusanli) on colonic transit in conscious rats.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were all implanted with special tubes in the proximal colons by operation and randomly divided into 6 groups:the saline group(n=8),the saline-EA group(n=8),the atropine group(n=8),the atropine-plus-EA group(n=8),the L-NNA group(n=8) and the L-NNA-plus-EA group(n=8).The colonic transiton of rats were assesed by determining the volume of discharged phenol-red every 10 min in 90 min.The paramete of the EAS was set at 100 Hz,3 mA.Results(1) EA at ST-36 significantly increased colonic transit.As compared to the saline group,the colonic emptying in the saline-plus-EA group increased about 34.5%.(2) Atropine and L-NNA all delayed colonic transit and prevented the accelerative effect of EA at ST-36 on colonic transit.Conclusion EA at ST-36 has excitatory effect on colonic transit in rats,and the effect may be mediated via the nitrergic and cholinergic pathway.
