摘要
以两个不同产量性状的水稻品种(OryzasativaL.indica)为材料,研究高产水稻品种的高光合机理。结果表明:在剑叶生育过程中,高产水稻品种浙农952的光合速率始终高于浙农966;Rubisco初始活力、总活力、Rubisco含量和光合速率均显著相关;除最大值外,浙农952的Rubisco的初始活力、总活力均高于浙农966;但浙农952的Rubisco含量在剑叶发育前期明显低于浙农966,后期则因浙农952降幅较慢而高于浙农966。因此推测品种间Rubisco确实存在着差异;Rubisco含量并非为光合速率的唯一限制因子,而是与Rubisco活力共同限制着光合速度,进而影响水稻产量。
The
photosynthetic characteristics were compared between two cultivars,Zhenong 952a high
yielding cultivar,and Zhenong 966a low yielding cultivar.By estimating the dynamic changes of
photosynthetic rate,Rubisco activity and content in flag leaf after the flag leaf emergence,it
showed that all of those attained its maximum during the flowering stage and began to
decrease during senesence;And the photosynthetic rates correlated with initial Rubisco activity,
total Rubisco activity and Rubisco content in both cultivars,respectively;But both Rubisco initial
activity and total activity in Zhenong 952 were higher than those in Zhenong 966 except their
maximun,and the Rubisco content was lower in Zhenong 952 than that in Zhenong 966 at earlier
stage after flag leaf emergence.These results indicated that the photosynthetic rate was limited
by both of Rubisco content and activity.
