摘要
大学生就业竞争力,是指作为知识技能拥有者的大学毕业生利用自身的各种资源条件,在当前的就业政策框架中抓住为数不多的机会点介入竞争,谋求个人生存发展实现自身价值的能力。传统文化价值观的误导,人才识别机制的障碍与消费观念的扭曲,竞争对手的强大优势的存在以及制度安排存在的缺陷使大学生失业成为一种必然。作为竞争主体的大学生,作为人才输出与培养机构的高校,以及作为竞争规则制定者的政府部门只有在各自明晰自己"职责"的基础上协调配合,才能尽可能地提高大学生的就业率。
Undergraduate students' employment competitiveness refers to the capacity of making use of variety of resources to participate in the employment competitions.This paper believes that the unemployment has become a necessity for most of undergraduate students because of misleading by the traditional cultural values,as well as the obstacles in mechanism of talent identification,consumption ideas,and the competitors' advantages,etc.Therefore,the stakeholders,including undergraduate students-as participants,universities and colleges-as the institutions of the talent's training and education organization,and governments-as the employment policy-makers,should perform their respective responsibilities so as to improve the rate of employment.
