酒俗是习俗的一种,能反映出当地社会生产力发展情况,社会价值观念,社会秩序等。黔北农村有一套地域色彩浓厚的酒俗,其中以婚宴酒俗、丧葬酒俗、端午酒俗、中秋酒俗、春节酒俗最为典型。这些酒俗反映了黔北农村生产力落后,男尊女卑,城市化进程缓慢的社会事实,反映了当地居民重视社会认同的价值观念,折射出当地社会关系单纯的社会特点。

Wine culture,as a kind of custom,can reflect the local social productivity development,social values,and social order,etc.In the countries in north of Guizhou,there is a set of wine culture with a strong local color,which includes wine culture in wedding,funeral,and other important traditional festivals in China.This culture reveals the fact on social productivity development,social values,and social order in these areas.
