摘要
国家产业政策与中国区域经济格局变化给长江经济带的跨世纪发展带来新的机遇。本文在对其发展态势进行分析的基础上，提出了发展的总体目标与功能定位，阐述了发展的基本思路。
Chinese industrial policies and new regional economic patterns produce favorable circumstances to the development in Changjiang River valley. Based on situation analysis, this paper raises its developing overall aim and locating of function,expounds its developing trains of thought.
