摘要
本文重点研究了对外开放以来山东省农业利用外资的现状特点，指出了行业构成不合理、地区结构不平衡等问题，并提出改革农业生产和流通体制、制定明确而具体的优惠政策以及大力发展优势产业等政策建议。
This article systematically researches on the characteristics of Shandong province's agriculture in using foreigh investment since 1978 when our country took the open policy. The problems, such as the industry structure and the regional distribution of foreign investment among areas are out of balance etc., are pointed out. The proposals relating to solving the problems are also proposed in the paper.
