摘要
介绍了知识型企业的特征，结合我国石化企业的现状，指出了向知识型企业结构调整的紧迫性。
Based on analyzing the current situation of petrochemical enterprises,the characteristics of knowledge oriented enterprises are introduced in this paper.The important of restructure to knowledge oriented enterprises is also indicated.
