摘要
用溶胶快速胶凝法制备了无龟裂的氧化铝膜. 勃姆石凝胶膜的厚度与喷雾距离、时间和溶胶的浓度之间的关系为δ∝ct/ d2 . 适宜的溶胶( Al O O H) 浓度为0 .5 ~1 .4mol/ L,粘度应小于25 ×10 - 3 Pa·s.用此法可制备厚度为0 .05μm 的超薄负载氧化铝膜和厚度为0 .2m m 的无龟裂的无负载氧化铝膜. 利用 X 射线衍射、透射电镜研究了不同温度时的物相和膜的截面、表面的形貌. γ Al2 O3 膜的晶粒大小均匀, 以长形晶粒为主, 形成了较均匀的孔结构,
The crack free γ Al2 O3 me mbrane was prepared using rapid gelation technique of sol. Thethickness ofthe me mbrane is directly proportionalto the concentration ofthe soland spraying time ,inverselyproportionalto the square ofthe spray distance : δ∝ct/ d2 . The suitable concentration (of Al O O H) is 0 .5 ~1 .4 m ol/ L , The suitable viscosity of solislower than 25 ×10 - 3 Pa·s . The ultra thin alu mina supported m em brane 0 .05μm thick and unsupported mem brane 0 .2 m m thick without crack can be prepared by the rapid gela tion technique . The X R D was used to study the crystal structure at different temperature . The cross sectionand surface microstructure of the mem brane have been studied using T E M . The alumina membrane of 3n mpore size is obtained .
