血必净治疗重度急性百草枯中毒的临床分析

目的：评价血必净注射液治疗重度急性百草枯中毒的疗效.方法：选择我院急诊科2009年01年～2009年06年收治的重度急性百草枯中毒患者40例为研究对象,分为对照组和治疗组.对照组为常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上联合应用血必净注射液治疗.观察2组的肝功能、肾功能、动脉血氧饱和度及存活率.结果：治疗组的肺、肝、肾功能损害较对照组轻,存活率较对照组高,两组比较有统计学差异.结论：血必净可以减轻急性百草枯对各脏器功能损害,提高存活率.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xuebijing injection on the treatment of severe acute paraquat poisoning. Methods 30 patients with severe acute paraquat poisoning , who were admitted to department of emergency of our hospital from January 2009 to June 2009 and were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy. Treatment group accepted Xuebijing injection on the basis of control group. To observe liver function ,renal function,arterial oxyen saturation and the survival rate of the 2 Groups. Results The treatment group of lung damage,liver and renal function were lighter than the controp group, the survival rate of the treatment group was higher than the controp group. There is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Xuebijing injection can relieve acute paraquat on the organ damage,im- prove the survival rate.
