习惯性便秘患者血清生长抑素和胃泌素水平的变化

The changes of somatostatin and gastrin in customary constipation

目的：了解习惯性便秘患者血清生长抑素（SS）和胃泌素（GAS）水平的变化,方法：研究分观察组和对照组,观察组：习惯性便秘患者30例,对照组：健康体检者30例.用放射免疫法检测血清生长抑素（SS）和胃泌素（GAS）水平.结果：习惯性便秘患者血清SS和GAS的水平分别为：（18.58±10.74）pg/ml;（40.48±4.5）pg/ml; 对照组分别为：（10.3±8.7）pg/ml;（74.38±6.5）pg/ml;两者差别有显著性.结论：血清生长抑素和胃泌素水平的变化在习惯性便秘的发病中起着一定的作用.

Objectives： To study the changes of somatostatin and gastrin in customary constipation. Methods： Observation group： 30 cases with customary constlpation;control group： 30 cases with health examing people. The serum levels of somatostatin and gastrln were tested by radioimmu noassay（RIA）. Results： The serum levels of somatostatin（18.58±10.74pg/ml） in observation group were significantly higher than that in control Rroup（10.3±8.7pg/ml） The serum levels of gastrin（40.48±4.5pg/ml） were significantly lower than that in control group（74.38±6.5pg/ml ）. Conclusion The changes of somatostatin and gastrin might play some roles in the pathogenesis of customary constipation.
