Based on studying the micro growth process and m echanism of preparation of cad mium sul phide ( Cd S) thin films by chemical bath deposition m ethod ,novel m ethod called ultrasonic chemistry methodhas been proposed for preparing Cd Sfilms by solution growth way . Scanning electron microscopy ( S E M)was used to analyses the micro growth process and m orphology at different deposition time . The transmis sion spectra of Cd Sthin films by using different deposition methods were recorded and discussed with ultravi olet visible spectrophotom eter .
