ROLE OF SURFACTANT IN PREPARING ZrO_2 ULTRAFINE POWDERS

研究了在用化学沉淀法制备 Ｚｒ Ｏ２ 微粉的过程中，ｐ Ｈ 值、 Ｚｅｔａ 电位、表面活性剂及其添加方式等因素对氢氧化锆胶体的稳定性、分散性及氧化锆粒子尺寸的影响， 控制了团聚体形成， 得到了无硬团聚体的亚微米级的超细 Ｚｒ Ｏ２

The effects of the p H value , Zeta potential,the types of surfactant and its ways added etc onthe stability ,dispersivity of Zr ( O H)4 colloid and the size of Zr O2 particles were investigated . The formationof agglom eration was controlled and the ultrafine Zr O2 powder with no hard agglo meration , sub micron Zr O2powder were obtained .
