摘要
目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效.方法：2007年1月～2009年12月采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折33 例,骨折按Neer分类：三部分骨折23例,四部分骨折10例.均采用切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定.结果：33 例均获得随访（6～12个月）,所有病例均一期愈合,平均骨折愈合时间为2.8个月.无一例内固定松动或肱骨头坏死.按Neer评分：优20 例,良11 例,可2 例,优良率93.9%.结论：肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折,操作简单,内固定坚强,效果满意.
Objective To investigate the locking plate for treatment of the clinical effect of proximal humeral fractures. Method from January 2007 to December 2009 with locking proximal humerus plate for treatment of 33 cases of proximal humeral fractures, fractures according to Neer classification： three--part fractures in 23 eases, four--part fractures in 10 cases. Were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of proximal humeral locking plate. Results 33 patients were followed up （6 to 12 months）, all patients healed average union time was 2.8 months. None of the humeral head necrosis, or loosening. By Neer score： excellent in 20 cases, good in 11 cases, 2 cases, good rate was 93.9%. Conclusions Treatment of proximal humerus locking proximal humerus plate fractures, simple operation, strong fixation, results were satisfactory.
