摘要
目的:探讨心理护理干预对心内科介入术患者心理及满意度的影响.方法:选择我院急诊PCI治疗ACS患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组各45例.对照组常规护理包括介绍手术情况及术中注意事项等,实验组45例在此基础上加强患者的心理护理.结果:两组在干预后SAS分值及满意度分值差异均有统计学意义,提示实验组干预后SAS分值和满意度改善较对照组更为明显.结论:心理护理干预措施能明显改善患者的心理状态,减轻躯体的应激反应,消除患者术前紧张、焦虑、恐惧等情绪反应,提高其手术适应能力和配合能力.
Objective: To investigate the psychological nursing intervention for patients of psychological and Satisfaction undergoing interventional therapy. Methods: Emergency PCI in our hospital 90 patients treated ACS,divided into experimental and control group of 45 cases. Control group usual care, including about your surgery and intraoperative precautions, experimental group on the basis of experimental group to enhance the psycho- logical care of patients. Results: After the intervention both SAS scores and satisfaction scores were statistically significant differences, indicating that the experimental group after the intervention of SAS and satisfaction scores improved significantly more than the control group. Conclusion: The psy- chological nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients mental state , reduce the body stress response, elimination oS preoperative stress,, anxiety, fear and other emotional reactions, to improve their ability to adapt and co--operative skills.
