手术加激光治疗牙龈瘤80例疗效观察

A clinical observation of operation and laser treatment for 80 cases of epulis

目的观察外科手术加激光照射治疗牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法选取80例牙龈瘤患者,波及牙齿松动度均小于Ⅰ度。手术完整切除瘤体,保留患牙,用刮匙去除病变波及的牙周膜、骨膜,然后激光局部照射。结果 80例患者全部治愈,术后随访1～3年,均无复发。结论手术加激光治疗牙龈瘤是治疗牙龈瘤且保留患牙的一种有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of operation and laser treatment for epulis.Methods The information of 80 epulis cases was recorded.Affected teeth are fix or ≤ grade I mobility. The epulis was removed,and affected periodenral membrane and periosteum were removed with scaler,and then were irradiated with laser,reserveed the affected tooth.Results 80 cases were cured,after 1 or 3 years follow-up,there was not recrudesce.Conclusion Operation and laser treatment is effective for epulis,it can reserve the affected teeth and cure epulis.
